Altaş Alüminyum İmalat ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established in Gebze Kocaeli in 1990 in order to realize a high quality production. The production that was started with extrusion in various dimensions and measures continues with anodizing and electrostatic powder coating production. The production made by the dies that are prepared at the company according to the requirements of the customers is dispatched by making the surface coating, again according to the demand of the customers. The main Policy of the customers under acceptable prices on time in a manner as demanded by the customers.
The profile dies prepared in complex section and measures at the die production workshop of the plant are used in production. By means of the plant Wire- Erosion CNC drillers necessary for the production of each dies, the standard and sensitive profile dies are produced according to the demands of the customers without facing any difficulty.

At the extrusion division, the profile production is carried out by means of two extrusion lines 1400 and 1000 tones power and as a result of the production managed by the PLC automatic control, the customer demand is met with regard to surface and measure, During the production and control processes are carried out by conforming to the DIN and ISO norms.

At the anodizing division, high capacity coating processes are carried out with anodic oxidation technique in white, bronze tones, yellow and black colors by means of 20.000A rectifier and 8000A transformer. The production is carried out with mechanical and/or chemical surface cleaning processes before coating according to the 130 norms and it is finalized with the gold fixing process before dispatching.
